Matters that need attention:
1. When taking frozen meat out of the freezer, it needs to be thawed. It cannot be directly sliced on the meat cutting board.
2.When choosing the slice thickness, rotate the handle to adjust the meat thickness. Rotate counterclockwise to thicken the slice. Rotate clockwise. Slice thinning.
3. Regularly add oil to the oil filler (never use cooking oil) to extend the lifespan of the machine.
