We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Certain items are non-returnable: special orders, custom products, consumables (e.g., chemicals, disposables), opened food-safe items, and heavy equipment marked as final sale.

Refund Process

  • Contact customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back.

  • Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to non-defective returns.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Report defects or damage within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange replacement or full refund (including shipping) at our discretion.
