Eligibility for Refunds

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable: special orders, custom products, consumables (e.g., chemicals, disposables), opened food-safe items, and heavy equipment marked as final sale.
Refund Process

Contact customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back.

Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to non-defective returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Defective or Damaged Items

Report defects or damage within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange replacement or full refund (including shipping) at our discretion.
