Matters that need attention:

1. When taking frozen meat out of the freezer, it must be thawed. It cannot be sliced directly on the meat cutting board.
2. When choosing the slice thickness, rotate the handle to adjust the meat thickness. Rotate counterclockwise to thicken the slice. Rotate clockwise to thin the slice.
3. Regularly add oil to the oil filler (never use cooking oil) to extend the machine’s lifespan.
